Sexy Kate Price fears she’ll “do a Paula Radcliffe” in tomorrow’s London Marathon and have to pee by the road.

The curvy model says she has been caught short before while training and fears she will suffer the same fate.

Kate, who will tackle the 26-mile course with husband Peter Andre, is afraid the cameras will snap her relieving herself, as they did world record holder Paula, 35, when she won the race in 2005.
