Yep, Kate Lawler hardly got a mention - mind you, the immense promotion of z-list 'celebrities' these days like 'glamour' model Jordan & former pop star Peter Andre! isn't exactly going to help their 'artistic' careers! - no matter how much money they make.

Respect to those who pledged money to Kate Lawler's cancer cause.

Well the coverage has been pretty much what I expected. Jordan was always going to hoover up the red-top coverage, and to be fair she has raised an awful lot for charity, even if it seems to be exagerated somewhat.

Kate finished in 4 hour 40, which isn't bad, can't remember what she did it in last year. Nell Macandrew is very fit though.

3 hours and 10 minutes is good going.

Kate & Peter have been promoting their Marathon run for a good six months now and they got the coverage they spent the money for.
Kate Lawler did a fantastic run, she is not narcissistic and does not need the camera in her face, home and private life 24/7 like a lot of celebs do.
I am sure she knows her steady hard working life style is not something the celeb rags are interested in. She should count herself lucky they leave her alone. {@}

Former Big Brother champ Kate Lawler, 28, wore a skimpy cavewoman outfit while telly chef Gordon Ramsay, 42, and Boyzone stars Ronan Keating, 32, and Keith Duffy, 35, finished in four hours.

Yeah, respect to Kate, she ran 15 minutes faster than last year.
She may have trained more for this year's marathon but for good reason she may have been nervous & tentative before/while running considering she was worried about her knee.
Kate wanted to finish, and that's that.

Got the feeling last night on Kerrang! Radio that Kate wasn't ecstatic about the time she ran but she was glad it was all over after her knee injury - and said she wouldn't be running it again...
