Yes, I think it'd been posted before that he has a bit of a temper on him and that was certainly one example of it last night (as well as whoever peed him off not owning up to it) so that smells a bit fishy to me.

I think Marcus does like Noirin, but that didn't stop him making his sexist cooments to her. He knows Noirin doesn't have a boyfriend in the house, it is only Shree who doesn't know that.

This might warrant a separate thread but I can't work Marcus out.

On one level I quite like him for being straightforward and 'what it says on the tin' and actually under all the bluff I think he could be a good bloke.

It's all the bluff though...all the sexist stuff doesn't really do him any favours.
(although yes, as you say Madeleine, Noirin didnt actually seem to mind..)

The weird thing is though that even though he's a bit of twonk I am warming to him..he's a good character in the house.

nb Did you notice tonight that when Freddie told off Kris for doing nothing and suggested watching the DVD while resting, Kris reacted really badly, but when Marcus said the same thing five minutes later he took it on board. Poor Freddie...

Depends how many days you leave the open bottle on the worktop instead of putting it back in the fridge....

I did indeed notice and made a coment about it in an earlier post. So many of the housemates do not understand Freddie's manner, but he understands all of theirs; that is why he is the unique one in the house.

Aw look at this - coming up midnight and I've been out most of the day, I'm doing some work at the radio station again as we've an outside broadcast to do on Saturday and nobody had touched the van since last November!

Battery was flat for a start, then a CD player blew up as it had been damp so long. I've had to re-install a few thousand songs on the computer as the HD failed, and we've finally got it all running again in 8 hours from prising the van door open...

Yet another good reason for not being around to watch the highlights. And, more bad news, by the time I get home I'll be heading to bed, so no overnight reporting. Sorry.
