Now Noirin has put herself out of the picture, Sree has switched the object of his affection... to Rodrigo, it seems.

Gathered with the other housemates on the Living Room chairs, Sree squished into a chair with Rodrigo and snuggled up for a cuddle.

As the group sat around talking, about very little, Sree draped his arm around Rodrigo, tickling his neck. At one point, he playfully slapped the side of Rodrigo's face, then kissed his cheek.

TASK: Russian Phrases

For today's Task, housemates will be attempting to learn Russian. They will be provided with a number of phrases in English with a Russian translation, along with the phonetic translation to aid their pronunciation. They will have approximately two hours to learn these phrases, with Angel's assistance.

Big Brother will then call a number of housemates to the Diary Room to test them on the Russian phrases and pronunciation. Angel is allowed to take part in the test. In each test, Big Brother will give housemates three English phrases which they must translate into Russian.

Cunning Linguists

Today's Task blew in on a cold, northerly wind - from Russia, with lots of Big Brother love.

As Marcus read out the instructions of the learn Russian Task, Angel looked surprised. "He's joking," she said. As he told them they had to learn some Russian phrases, Angel's eyes almost popped out of her head. "But I'm Russian!" she announced.

"I think I know the right person to do these," smiled Marcus as he told the rest that Angel could help everyone with their learning, while Siavash high-fived her.

The housemates are spending the afternoon learning ten Russian phrases. If they get them right, they'll win two tokens. Will they or won't they? Can they or can't they? We'll find out.

CAIRON PRAISES 'STRONG' HOUSEMATES

'Big Brother' evictee Cairon has praised his 'strong' housemates and says he is not upset about being given the boot.

Cairon says the 'Big Brother' housemates are "strong".

The latest evictee - who lost the public vote to posh Freddie and was booted out last night (19.06.09) - claims he was not upset about being nominated by his fellow contestants because the group has formed a solid bond.

MARCUS BRANDS HOUSEMATES 'LIARS'

Bearded carpenter Marcus has lashed out at his 'lying' housemates.

Just hours after Cairon became the second official housemate to be evicted from the 'Big Brother' house, the 35-year-old carpenter launched a foul-mouthed attack on his fellow contestants last night (19.06.09).

When Brazilian Rodrigo asked Marcus if he was ok, he answered: "Everyone says stuff, but they don't mean what they say. They say, 'I miss people', and 'it's surprising' and this that and the other. If someone's up for eviction, then they must have been nominated by some of them. If everyone says 'I'm so sad' and that it's so shocking, you know that some of them are lying because they voted for him.

"So, I'm sad because he's gone and I'm sad because of how people are talking. It's b******t, you know?"

That is a silly attitude to take, the whole point of secret nominations is that they are secret. Why is it we see the same reaction to nominations from the housemates every year?

Plus they may really like the person who has gone, because they are forced to nominate someone, but it doesn't mean that they necessarily dislike them or won't miss them if they go.

The bearded carpenter might get crucified for that.
