Did anyone notice my Internet access go wandering by during the night?

It got slower and slower to the point where I would click a link and wait 10-15 minutes before it did anything, and that was usually a failure to find the page.

I've checked my ISP's status page, no work going on that they saw fit to tell us about. It seems fine again now.

Strange, as my email was at normal speed but browsing, using either Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, was pathetic. Not just here, every site was the same. Very odd...

Housemates Nominate Face-To-Face

Big Brother is a cheeky little scamp isn’t he? Looking to throw a spanner in the latest series, housemates are going to have to nominate each other live on Wednesday night.

What’s more, the nominations might even take place face to face in the hope of boosting the shows falling ratings, after a miniscule 2 million people tuned in to watch Cairon get evicted on Friday night.

According to the TV Guide, two shows are scheduled for Wednesday night, with one starting at 9pm and the other at 10.55pm, so either way, something exciting is on the cards.

A Fortnight with Sree

I spent Friday’s eviction night at the Big Brother house doing Big Mouth; it was actually the first time I had ever been to an eviction watching a housemate leave the house with my very own eyes. I’ve got to say what an amazing experience it is. Very surreal because I’ve been a housemate, but even as a fan it definitely gave me goosebumps all over. One thing I’m so glad about is that, even though I’ve been a housemate, I’ve still got loads of enthusiasm for BB, because it really was such a fantastic evening which ended with me in the Big Mouth studio dressed like Siavash and bump ’n’ grindin' with the beautiful Davina McCall to Lethal Bizzle – my best evening of 2009 by far!

Listening to Noirin moaning on and on about having to draw on her face every day was getting seriously boring, so thank God for Halfwit and his generous nature. The two-time eviction survivor chose to relieve Noirin from her daily drawing duties, even though BB also offered him the chance to change his name back to Freddie.
