Today I passed the 300 miles recorded on this bike. That's about 230 this year.

Today was an "experience".

Yeah I am still living in aberdeen and am really enjoying the lovely weather we have been getting it is so nice when the sun shines.

You're right, it is awesome. Was roasting today Not helped whoever it is that controls the heating externally and felt the need to put it on pretty high today. We were all just about melting!

Today I videoed a Baptism at a local church and am currently uploading it to a computer ready for making DVDs for the girl and her family.

Think it's time to save up for a current model camera as it would be easier to transfer the video than the current method. Spotted a Panasonic HDC-TM300 which is full HD with 32GB on-board memory and a SDHC slot for expansion. And it doubles as a 10Meg stills camera. Prices vary from around £780 - £1000+ ! So it may take a while but the price might have fallen again by then. There are a few models on the Panasonic HD range to go through and solid-state memory storage is the way to go and it used in the professional range rather than tape or hard-drive.

I did this today and it was right!

This evening I went for a long walk at the river in an attempt to find phone signal... there has been NONE in this town all day long Madness!

Today me and my Niece spent 3 hours at the ice rink. And more than 2 hours were skating. He new skates are well on the way to being broken in.

It was great to be back on the ice after more than 14 months away.

Today, I have just done what Madeline has put in her post above and yes it worked for me too.

Today I came back from shopping with a Cricket !
Was driving along going to do the weekly shop when I looked across to see a Cricket sitting on the Dash board. At the point where it looked as if it was about to jump on to my Mother in the passenger seat I pulled over and put it out of the window. But it decided to hang on to the window ,which it did for about 2 miles.
When we parked up in the underground car park I took a couple of pictures with my photo and the Cricket moved off across the roof of the car.
When we came back to the car the Cricket was sat at the top of one of the aerials. So once the car had been loaded and the trolley returned I found a container in the boot in which the Cricket captured.

It has now been released into our garden with the rest of the wildlife.
