Stir Crazy

It's been a funny old day for Siavash. He's at the centre of a storm that he really didn't want to be in. In fact, to him, all he was doing last night was giving Noirin some friendly advice. He didn't want to mention any names to her and she promised him she wouldn't tell if he did. Well, we know that didn't happen. So when Big Brother gave him a chance to offload in the Diary Room, he dumped off a whole heap.

You'd think telling them she wanted to just be friends would be sufficient-that she'd need to further draw a line in the sand says more about the guys in question... who are not as forgiving as her, it appears.

Noirin says she just wants to be Marcus's friend and then the next minute she's bouncing around on his lap for a sip of lager. Talk about yer actual mixed messages. Some less self-aware men like Marcus really are simple creatures - they don't do sub-text all that well and need it spelt out in very very clear language, none of which Noirin has done. In fact, she gets all inarticulate whenever the subject comes up, her whole language peppered with lots of "likes" and "you knows" and unfinished sentences.

And really, last night's argument was all about her ego. So what if someone called her a rabbit? Anyone who wasn't a complete ego monster wouldn't give a toss, right?

Oh give me a break Bunny, Marcus is playing Noirin, as for sitting on his lap for a sip of Lager - it is a game she used to play with him, as did Sophie, a fact all her critics choose to ignore.
If Marcus and the rest of the men in the house can flirt why cant the women?
Marcus thinks the way to win Noirin's vote is to flatter her, I have also heard her tell him - "I will be your friend but stop with the complements" the poor girl has had two housemates with a complete lack of emotional intelligent after her.

So is there a clip then that proves Siavash never heard Karly and Kris call Noirin a bunny or a rabbit?

Because thats the key to the story. I know Siavash was very very inarticulate in expaining his position but did he lie, wheres the proof?

Norin did promise not to tell anyone what he told her.

Was it even worth getting upset about, its not like it was an insult just a fact that Norirn is a floater.

Why did Noirin then break her promise and go tackle the smug crew with that indignant tone of hers, its been said that she didnt mention Siavashs name but she dragged him in as he felt he had to go defend himself as he knew what she was saying to them.

BB editors went out of their way earlier to show a blatant in your face "dont be starting with me" lie from Kris and weve all heard Lisa and KArly bitch away on the smokers bench I dont think its far from impossible that this statement was made within Siavashs hearing as he is also a floater.

IMO like Marcus said, Siavash paid the toll for thinking he could trust Noirin not to drop him in it (lie or not). The truth I feel is that Noirin wants to be in more with Lisa etc and damaging their foes gets her brownie points.

As for Freddie, he was the only one who stood up for Siavash who was being gang yelled at for at least 10 mins. Despite being diplomatic and talking through the issue all he got in reposnse from Noirin was her A typical reply "shut the f@@@' up"

I really cant see how Noirin can be promoted as being in the right at any point in this sequence, She dealt with all of it badly in an antagonistic manner searching for black and white answers but failing to listen at any point. Instead always ready was the irattional retwisting of anything said to her with that snearing look on her face.

Noirin is now totaly alone. Her gameplan has led her to be distrusted by all and has given them all a huge excuse to nominate her next week . She needs to get back in the game and part of that would be to sort her relationship with Marcus out and choose a side prompto or be out next week,

Probably needs a bit of bleach to help break it up, then try to flush again...

If someone is obviously infatuated with you, you don't flirt with them unless you a) want to reciprocate their affection or b) want to manipulate them.

Yeah we saw on the h/l show Noirin sitting on Marcus's lap (no bouncing) what anyone watching the live feed saw - can't remember word for word but this is the gist.

Marcus asking Noirin (who was chatting away with Karly at the time) "Noirin, why don't you come over say Hi to me, sit on my lap and I'll give you a can".

Noirin, sure I'll come over to say Hi but I'm not sitting on your lap for a can of beer, I don't want to be seen like that'

Later on, after a drunken Sophie kept asking Marcus for a can (he refused her as he'd given her a drop of beer earlier) she offered to sit on his lap, but he didn't want that.
Sophie then she asked Noirin (who was still chatting away with Karly) to sit on Marcus's lap for a can of beer that they both could share.

Noirin said Ok, went to sit on Marcus's lap...shared the can (I think with Karly too) and continued chatting to the girls while just sitting nonchalantly on Marcus's lap, got up after a while and went to sit on a chair.

Unfortunately, when Marcus gave Sophie that first drop, Sophie said to him 'Aww you're so nice Marcus, I can understand why Noirin likes you' - Marcus was so chuffed he called across to Noirin (who was chatting away with Karly and not paying attention) - 'Noirin, Sophie just told me you like me - and Noirin replied...'yeah, 'course I like you, you're my best friend in the house'.

Later, Marcus then asked Rodrigo who'd just come over to where they were sitting (Noirin still chatting away to Karly) 'Rodrigo, do you think Noirin likes me'?
a confused Rodrigo replied 'yes, I think she likes you, she's a nice girl'.

After hearing this from Sophie and Rodrigo and because Noirin did sit on his lap (never mind the reason she did) Marcus took this as a green light, so when he saw Noirin later walking into the bedroom, from where he was sitting, he ran up behind Noirin and rugby tackled her onto the bed....telling her he had important information to tell her...all hush-hush like so it would get her interest.

Mark my words - Marcus is manipulating Noirin by; feeding her truths and half truths about other hms,
bigging her up then knocking her down when he doesn't get the response he wanted, deliberately waffling on when he thinks she's going to say something he doesn't want to hear or be heard - and all under the guise of being the only one she can trust. Marcus wants to be the one who 'got the girl' and if Noirin doesn't comply he'll turn everyone he can against her.

i have said this before but I will say it again.
When Siavash told Noirin what he thought Karly and Kris might be thinking about her [with Freddie and Marcus present] she didn't charge into the bedroom to ask the others who had been saying she was a rabbit. It was when Siavash also added to the chat that he would not want to keep her as a friend outside the house that she up and left the three men sitting in the loung and she went into the kitchen where she seen Karly, Charlie and Rodrigo - she never said a thing to them.
Siavash followed her into the kitchen and continued to harrass her -"are you still my friend" he asked her more then once. An angry looking Noirin told him why should I be your friend in the house when you do not want to be my friend inside the house. For no apparent reason Siavash said - "people also think you are fake" It was then that Noirin called out to Karly, who had by this time left the kitchen, now being female I saw the look of -you are starting to piss me off big time with all this innuendo shite talk so lets get it sorted.
And that is what she did. If Siavash had come clean about "what he thought other people were thinking" it would have been over before it started and he would not have ended up lying about what he said and Freddie and Marcus would not of ended up lying to save his guilty face.

I've got to put that down to being individual opinion and not fact, based on the opening post of that thread - "1) I have no idea if Siavash is telling the truth"

DS FM's are known for picking out the bones of the arguments and debating them, but I would never accept a topic like that to arrive at the truth, it can only ever be opinion...? Same applies on here of course.

I think she is trying to get in with the other group, because she thinks that Marcus is going on Friday. I seem to remember reading somewhere that she said 'It is obvious who is going on Friday, so I don't know why they bothered to put those other 3 up as well'.

They even made a mess of that by putting Marcus's number for Kris
