Gone are the bushy eyebrows and unkempt mass of curls which lead to her being dubbed the 'Hairy Angel'.
Instead The Britain's Got Talent star looked groomed and elegant, as she revealed her new image on U.S. chat show Today.

X Factor runner-up Susan Boyle is taking her act to America, it has been revealed.

The Scottish singer from Britain’s Got Talent will make her US TV debut on the season finale of America’s Got Talent, according to reports.

Boyle, 48, surprised viewers of Britain’s Got Talent with her soaring rendition of I Dreamed a Dream.

But she herself was taken aback by her sudden fame, which she has said hit her like a “giant demolition ball.”

She was hospitalised for exhaustion after the British show.

The two-part finale of America’s Got Talent airs in the US on September 14 and September 16.

SUSAN Boyle's rags-to-riches story reminds Elaine Paige of her most famous character Evita, the musicals queen said yesterday.

Elaine, 61, said she also saw echoes of her own rise to stardom in the Scots spinster who became a global phenomenon on Britain's Got Talent.

As Susan, who named Elaine as her heroine at her BGT audition, prepares to release her first album, Elaine said she felt very emotional when she first watched Susan on YouTube.

She told Yours magazine: "I found it rather emotional, a rags to riches kind of story - a bit like Evita herself. But it was more than that.

"I felt I knew what Susan was going through, the full horror of it all. You could see it in her eyes.
