Secret Lovers

The House is always noticeably quiet on the day leading up to eviction night, but even so, the frostiness between Charlie and Rodrigo was taking time to thaw. By mid-afternoon, Charlie had obviously had enough and tried to instigate a conversation with Rodrigo.

"Are you causing trouble again?" grinned Charlie as Rodrigo was locked into a conversation with Hira.

But Rodrigo turned the comment around. "Who is the one that causes trouble in the House?" Rodrigo asked Hira who clearly did not want to take sides

"Both of you are good," she replied sweetly.

"Who is an angel?" asked Charlie, fishing for compliments.

"Both of you, seriously, both of you," she said after a long pause. "I can feel that angelic vibe coming from both of you."

But once Rodrigo and Charlie found themselves alone in the Kitchen, the truth came out

"You're rude, nasty and aggressive," Rodrigo told Charlie.

"You call me aggressive?" gasped Charlie, "you're the one that goes violent."

"You're always the one who starts," replied Rodrigo.

"It was a joke and you always take too far," said Charlie.

"Me? I take it too far?" asked a surprised Rodrigo. "Next time, don't take the joke too far. When I say no, it's no."

Anyone with half a brain could see that the whole thing was just an act, but Big Brother does like to indulge the housemates occasionally

"You said you wanted me to go," said Charlie.

"You said that to me," replied Rodrigo.

"No I didn't I don't want you to go," replied Charlie tellingly.

"I don't want you to go. I don't want either of us to go," said Rodrigo.

"I think we should stay away from each other. I'll sit on one side of the room and you on the other," suggested Charlie.

"Yes, starting now," replied Rodrigo before walking away. And yet, half an hour later, Rodrigo was hiding outside the toilet door waiting to pounce on Charlie and scare him.

Big Brother is wondering what colour hat to buy for the wedding. Would black be a bit too butch?

A Sense of Place

Apart from the spat between Charlie and Rodrigo, last night was quite a laugh for the housemates with all the Pool shenanigans and the mass tickling session, though for poor David, the tickling had some rather unfortunate side effects.

"I had a laugh last night," David told Bea and Halfwit as the three of them sat in the Garden. But David also had a bit of a confession. "I weed a bit because I don't like being tickled," he said with a bit of a shamed face.

"You weed a bit?" gasped Halfwit with a laugh.

"Most people in here don't like being tickled," added David, keen to change the subject. "I found that out last night." And then, in a flash, he managed to steer the conversation around to where people lived.

"You live in Bristol don't you?" David asked Bea, "it's near London isn't it?"

Whether or not David was deliberately playing the fool, Halfwit suddenly turned into a geography teacher, except without the elbow patches. "It's actually not that near London," Halfwit explained, "because the country gets quite wide down there."

No, really Halfwit?

Bea-utifully Done

It's pretty hard to get a nap in the House. Not because of the other housemates, but because Big Brother will sound the alarm if Big Brother suspects someone is sleeping outside of the allotted hours – which Siavash, Marcus and Bea were blatantly doing. But all Big Brother had to do was sound the Cockerel Alarm and they were up and around…

"I'm gonna put my **** up that ******* speaker," shouted Siavash as he stomped around the Bedroom.

And then Dogface walked in and plonked her self on the bed next to Marcus. "She's only there because she wants to sleep next to the beautiful prince," mocked Siavash.

"If you find a beautiful prince in here, please point him out," Dogface chimed back at him.

"Siavash is pretty beautiful," said Bea from the safety of her quilt.

"That's what you said to me first night," sighed Siavash with a smug grin.

"She's not got her contact lenses in," laughed Dogface.

"I definitely fancy Siavash," Bea said again.

"Bea, right back at ya. I would tap that ass left and right," said Siavash smoothly. "Under different circumstances," he added after a pause.

"I hope you're not just getting my hopes up Siavash," sighed Bea. "I'm gonna come looking for you. That's not supposed to sound as ominous as it does," she added, realising she sounded like a bit stalker-like.

"Now I'm worrying I told you where I live," said a concerned-looking Siavash.

Be afraid Siavash, be very afraid…

The Last Supper?

Lisa's self-imposed isolation from the dinner table is annoying Halfwit, although Siavash sees her behaviour in a different light.

The housemate formerly known as Freddie was alone in the Kitchen crooning unintelligibly to himself when Siavash strolled in.

"This House would be so much happier with more trust and community," declared Halfwit, before adding an obligatory "mmm" in recognition of his own words.

"I had a really nice chat with Lisa earlier," he continued. "I had a sing with her on the smoking bench and it was a really nice moment. I get on with her as a person."

Before Halfwit could even reach the "but", Siavash sprung forward to Lisa's defence.

"I've said it a million times, but I do like certain qualities in Lisa," he said.

"Yeah, but..." started Halfwit.

"I'm not gonna be like 'yes, Lisa's left'," Siavash hastily interjected.

"But the way she affects the House," argued Halfwit, "I'm sure we would have eaten last night all together. Lisa's just thwarting it because it doesn't benefit her. I just don't get why Lisa wouldn't want to eat with everyone."

"She doesn't feel like eating," explained Siavash. "She might be nervous and stuff."

"It's the last supper," mused Halfwit melodramatically. "It just seems so, so sad."

"I think she's thinking she's going to go, so she's very down," concluded Siavash.

Could it really be Lisa's last supper or will she be singing with Halfwit again later tonight? You decide...

The Bright Side

David and Lisa have had a few spats with other housemates recently, but that hasn't taken the shine off their overall experience in the House.

"I've had some moments in here," Lisa said knowingly to David in the Garden, where the pair were perched together on the bench.

"More good than bad, so that's good for me," declared David. He then rattled off a list of experiences in the House, such as working in the BB kebab shop, curry night and his messy devouring of the pig tail, with Lisa nodding along to his rose-tinted reminiscences.

"The Mad Hatter's Tea Party!" he beamed.

"Oh God yeah!" laughed Lisa. "There's a lot of highs. More than lows."

"It's changed my perception of life totally," David added. "It really has."

"It seems like 10 years sometimes," mused Lisa, whimsically.

"Back to work next week, if I get Evicted," said David, bringing the conversation down to Earth with a resounding thud. "I have to pay the bills still..."

That sounds even worse than eating more pig tails!
