Olly Murs will have to perform with a bandaged hand this weekend after the X Factor favourite broke his hand.

The ailing 26-year-old, who also battled a throat infection last week, was in the house gym yesterday pounding a punchbag when the accident happened.

Olly, who is now favourite to win the show, was immediately seen by a doctor and his hand is now in a cast although producers have said that he will still be performing on Saturday's show.
