TELLY chef Gino D’Acampo is to be quizzed by Australian RSPCA officers after killing a bush rat and cooking it for supper.
The hot-headed Italian, 33, is stuck in the exile camp where he and some of the other stars are seriously hungry. So yesterday he took matters into his own hands.
When a rat was spotted in the wilds, he grabbed it, killed it with his kitchen knife, skinned it and made it into a meal.
A spokesman for the RSPCA in Murwillumbah said: “We will look into this and see if there is a cruelty case to answer. We will need to find out if the rat was killed humanely.
