We've had meat cleavers and spanners, now it's tongs and lashings of hairspray as five more ambitious young folk battle it out. There are Apprentice-worthy moments of tension (not least when one of them has the gall to criticise super-slick presenter George Lamb's mullet) as they race against the clock to create a glossy hairdo for a magazine cover, an "iconic" look and another for the catwalk. It might sound more glam than being a butcher or mechanic, but judges Bev and Adee are as sharp as their scissors - especially after one contestant draws blood.
