Correction for the audio ,use the second audio track (Pid 257).
Have now switched to my HD receiver on the big dish. So far no break-up.

Currently showing the original dance. Some good tracks being used.

The feed it back again. It's the feed for NBC in PAL.

Currently it's the Free Dance.

All routines will be converted to Divx and uploaded over the next few nights for use on another forum so if anybody wants to watch any let me know. So far I have 7 DVDs with one round of each discipline so at least two more tonight.

Cup Of Russia

Eurosport this afternoon.

1245 - 1330 Highlights.
1330 - 1615 Live - Gala

Two satellite feeds one in 4:2:2 at 7 East and a standard Digital one at 10 East.
Detail of this one are

10 East
12705 Vertical
Symbol Rate 5632

Note signal levels are lower on this satellite .My high gain 85cm dish with it's 0.1db LNB struggles with a lot of the signals on here so at least a 1M dish is required. I'm switched over to the 1.7M dish to maintain signals with fall-back to Eurosport should it be needed.

It's been very quiet this season since Eurosport decided not to cover the events this year.
And almost all the satellite feeds have been encrypted !

Euro's feeds can be found on 7 East Free to Air 4:2:2

And there's another event ,an AT&T one in the US on 22 West in HDTV.

Coverage of the Euro's is currently broadcasting on the Hungarian channel M2 as part of the RCS (Digi) package at 0.9W. Started with highlights of the last Winter Olympics and is now showing the Ladies Free Skate (Long program).
Think M2 is also available in HD either on 9 East or 19.2 East ? Can't remember which but as I'm recording at present and only one motorized set-up configured at present I can't check.

Tomorrow (Sunday) should be the last day of the Euro's ending with a Gala.

Just wish I'd known M2 was covering the Euro's earlier in the week.

So if your able to view this package keep an eye out for more.

Further to the last I can't find a Free to Air HD M1 channel list though I'm sure one used to clear when I go my first HD receiver.
Maybe the one on 9 East is softcrypt in Conax eg clear without a card.

The Gala is listed on M1 Live from 1430 - 1715 CET (1330 - 1615 UK)

Day 13 Thur 25th 0400 - 0600 CET - Ladies Free Skate

Day 16 Sun 28th 1230 - 1400 CET - Gala Highlights

Note All times are CET so subtract 1 hour for UK time.

Not sure if the BBC will show the Gala live on Saturday morning but the shedule isn't available to check.

It'll be interesting to see all the available channels and feeds available in both SD and HD. ARD has an HD channel on Astra 19.2East due to go live on the 12th which I guess is for Winter Olympic coverage.

I also hope that BBC HD will be in use so I have at least one English HD Source.
I have two French Eurosport HD one but the French never shut-up which is very annoying. The Germans are better.

For the summer Olympics there were a couple of brilliant HD feeds that ran 24/7 without commentary.

BBC2 and BBC HD start the live coverage from late evening through the night.

The BBC HD shedule doesn't go far enough forward to see if they will cover the Gala live.

Robin Cousins is providing the commentary for the BBC.
Though I doubt that Nicky Slater will be available to do the same for Eurosport as Dancing on Ice Will still be running and will clash. Eurosport's booklet doesn't list the skating commentators. Saying that last year he did the commentary for the Euro's while DOI was on so maybe he might still do it though the flight will be longer between the two.
