The Iceland gas cloud influences everywhere, and 'Hill' from Breakfast Show is stranded somewhere in America which meant Danielle Perry & Johnny Doom are presenting the Breakfast Show again this week. Simon James obviously can't bear the fact of presenting the show on his own without Hill. A bit silly.

Caught a bit of the breakfast show this morning with Danielle Perry and Johnny Doom, and Johnny Doom said Kate did a moony to Scouting for Girls at the awards ceremony last friday when they were performing. All in good taste of course; Johnny said Kate was wearing a thong!

Messes me up as well-I’m often working when the show is on. Feel free to post any goss items as I may have missed it. Kate is camping (yes camping)after a beach day in Wales tomorrow(after gigin Neath tonight) .looking to try yoga after buggering knees in the marathon last year.Kate is also organizing to get listeners into the studio with her-although James the boss is getting nervous about it.And the "Here be David"TV sales quiz is still running.

Well, for Vilt in case shes missed some stuff, a very poor summary of the week so far. Fearnie away, no-one in there on Monday with KL, Nobby has been in for the rest of the week so far, two callers to air on the eternal quiz, that I'm not sure should of been let through (it's a David Beckham DVD, FFS ). Kate went camping over the weekend with her boyfriend, seemed to enjoy it, now she's taken up yoga.

Umm, sure I've missed stuff, but I have no mind. Oh Kerrang have started actually updating their Twitter page, and finally seem to be using Facebook properly. Welcome to 2008

Oh and for those that missed it,story in the Grauniad about the Marathon.

Thanks for all that-I thought the big clue was Dr Who boxset was very half correct!Not much today bank holiday-Kate calling the Arsenal score until late on-possibly a Gene Simmons interviewtomorrow(ah Rise! ) Luke(I am the Law)beats Doomie in arm-wrestling.And Kate counting down til friday.Kate also had time to shout"Your baby's going!!!"over the w/e when she saved someone's baby.

Kate off on Friday for her birthday, she's getting stressed about itm and her costume.

They've really been all over facebook today, inter-activity is over-rated IMHO.

Gene Simmons interview went well, even if it was a little near the knucke at times, but waddya expect.

Sadly, the impressive Loz Guest[presents the late night music show on Kerrang!]didn't win gold for best musical presenter at this year's Sony awards.

Party went off OK-80's themed with Karen.Loads of fand f managed to get there.Sadly Kate said that she was delayed by VOLCANIC ASH in Inverness on sunday and missed her friend PJ's wedding.(Is this pj from bb3?)

Kate thanked the listeners the other day because the RAJAR industry listening figures for her Drivetime show had increased in 2010.

Maybe Kate will actually get to attend the Sony awards in the future?!

Kate said last night that the Fonejacker/Facejacker, Kayvan Novak, will be on Drivetime today - should be good!

Can't wait to see Chris Morris' new film and pretty cool that Kate gets interviews with bands/comedians on her show these days.

Very somber yesterday on Kerrang! Radio because former presenter Stuart Cable passed away.

It was quite miserable, but I think she and Kerrang! handled it well really, sad but not maudlin.

Fearny on holiday, for the rest of the week. As I may have mentioned 5 or 6 thousand times before, I don't like change Even temporary.

Kate didn't present Drivetime yesterday?? Didn't hear why? But Danielle Perry, the Indie/Rock chick of the station said Kate would be back today. Wonder if the Lebanon gig was on, don't know because I haven't listened much this week.

Kate said for the first time in a year since Jade's tragic death that she wrote Jade a letter when it was clear that Jade's condition was terminal.
Kate said in the letter that she was sad about what was happening to Jade and hoped her boys would be looked after.
Big of Kate, I think, especially as they weren't friends. I won't mention the many possible reasons why Kate had reason to dislike Jade and her celebrity because the poor girl is gone now.
It's not as if Kate jumped on the bandwagon of maukish and often fake sympathy from so-called celebrities during the tragic circus of a young person's death. Some of whom tried to promote themselves.
