He actually said that he couldn't be serious around her, that she made him "go funny" i.e. not serious. He may not be the most interesting HM, but let's not have an "oo Steve is a sex pest" witch hunt
Still rather an odd phrasing coupled with his other recent behaviour & comments (Keeley asks Steve if the buzzing noise she can hear is his leg. He tells her that it is adding "but it's not a vibrator.") Which IS a bit creepy, which is all that has been suggested so far (at least on this forum). Evidently someone in the BB house (HM or diary room) agrees he can be seen as this since he's asked to have a word with Keeley as he's worried as coming across as a 'dirty old man' all of a sudden. Hmmm!
