There's No Place Like Home
ImageThe housemates are currently settling into their temporary accommodation in the large task room after returning to the House.

Earlier in the evening the group had to be evacuated after a freak storm flooded certain parts of the House.

Several housemates have said how good it is to be back in the House and commented that it was weird 'being away from home', even if it was only for a couple of hours.

Even though they are in a new bedroom, most of the housemates are sticking with their usual routines. John James and Josie have chosen to sleep next to each other and so have regular bed buddies Mario and Andrew. The mole pushed his airbed right up against Andrew's before telling him that he is going to miss sharing a bed with him when they leave the House.

Several housemates including Corin and Dave seem to be wide awake after tonight's dramatic events and have been saying how exciting they found tonight's 'little adventure'.

Other housemates including JJ and Steve are using tonight as an opportunity to get an early night's sleep.

One thing is for certain, tonight is one night that the housemates will never forget as surely even Bob Righter couldn't have predicted what has happened in the last few hours.

Dave and John James Play a Prank on Sam

Due to a freak storm earlier tonight several areas of the Big Brother House were flooded, including the Bedroom.

As a result Big Brother set up a temporary sleeping area for the housemates in the large task room and has provided them with air beds to sleep on.

Cheeky Welshman Dave and Aussie hunk John James couldn't resist playing a prank on Sam, however it is fair to say that the sleepy youngster was far from impressed with the deflating duo.

It would be hilarious to have seen Corin's wigs floating around in that water in the lounge! ::lol:: perhaps for a new task they could throw a few VACs in and some hammers and nails and make them fix the roof and clean up the mess..... Watch them do some proper work for once lazy sods!!

I would have found it even more hilarious to see John's Cream, Sam's hats, JJ's naff hat and make up bag, Steve crutches and the Monk's Habit float myself. {@}

Luckily Josie was on hand as a rescue dinghy. Afterwards, the BB production team looked all over for JJ's personality before realising it was absent before the flood.

I read the story, saw the video, and thought it was the tank filling up.

For those that don't know, the house is built in/over a massive tank in the Elstree Studios grounds. The tank was used for filming sea scenes in films, long before BB arrived. It's not too deep, apart from a pit in the middle, so could easily have contributed to the flooding - if the 'plug' was in.

That's a Google Maps pic, just put in 'Elstree Studios', they've not updated the view since the BB house was built.
