Hardman Joe Calzaghe has shown his softer side after revealing he nursed his Strictly Come Dancing lover through a health scare.

The Welsh ex-world champion boxer helped Russian dancer Kristina Rihanoff cope with an operation to remove a benign ovarian cyst.
