FELICITY'S AMORE WITH VINCENT

FELICITY Kendal looked as if she could not wait to get to dance rehearsals with her sizzling younger partner Vincent Simone yesterday.

The actress, 64, was clearly ­bubbling with excitement after causing such a sensation in last Saturday’s Strictly Come Dancing show alongside the handsome 31-year-old Italian.

The pair sent pulses racing after ending their steamy samba with what appeared to be a passionate kiss. Hidden behind a hat, Felicity and Vincent emerged with their faces smeared in lipstick, drawing gasps from the studio audience.

BBC1 host Bruce Forsyth exclaimed: “She did, she did, she really kissed him... Oh Vincent, what a lucky boy. We all saw it!”

Now Felicity, best known for her wholesome role in sit-com The Good Life, has won a growing army of new fans just from that one kiss. The star is clearly relishing her vampish new image.

The previous week she did the splits to finish off a red-hot rumba, earning the nickname “Flexible Felicity” and the admiration of women half her age.

Yesterday, as she arrived at the West London practice studios, Felicity – looking trendy in faux-fur jacket and combat jeans – may have been wondering how she and Vincent might spice up the Viennese Waltz they have been assigned to dance. This weekend’s show promises to be a “fright-filled Halloween special”, with routines ­having a “spooky twist”. Scary rock star Alice Cooper will be a studio guest.
