Jack Tweed In The Only Way Is Essex?

Jade Goody's widow Jack Tweed has reportedly signed up to the new series of The Only Way Is Essex, after starting up a relationship with best friend Mark Wright's sister Jessica.

Tweed has been involved in a string of assault offences.

And keen to introduce some fresh blood to the new series of The Only Way Is Essex, ITV2 bosses have apparently taken the opportunity to involve Jack in the show, joining his girlfriend and her brother Mark, who is also Jack's best friend.

The new series is due to begin in September, when it will go head-to-head with rival reality series Made In Chelsea.

Tween pleaded guilty in court today to a charge of common assault.

Shane Lynch Joins Essex Show

Boyzone singer Shane Lynch is to appear in the upcoming third series of The Only Way Is Essex.

Lynch has agreed to be the face of new vodka brand Ver2, which will be launched in Mick and Kirk Norcross' club Sugar Hut when the third season hit screens on ITV2 next month.

However, the star - who is a "big fan" of TOWIE - has vowed not to steal the spotlight from show regulars Mark Wright, Joey Essex and Lydia Bright.

Meanwhile, Amy Childs - who recently quit TOWIE to appear on Celebrity Big Brother when it re-launches on Channel 5 tomorrow - has been confirmed to feature in a one-off catch-up episode of the reality show, which will document the life, loves and drama of the cast since series two ended in May.
