Big Brother contestants in Sweden have been issued with condoms, morning after pills and pregnancy testing kits.
The producers decided to make them available because some of the participants had been so "active."
So far, at least two couples have made use of the gifts, according to Swedish daily newspaper Expressen.
One female participant has taken two pregnancy tests, both of which turned out to be negative.
Several sex scenes have been featured on the latest Big Brother in Sweden.
Producer Mathias Barnekow said: "We have no worries in showing this. We show whatever happens in the house whether it is making coffee or having sex."
