We instructed an unsuspecting Stuart to get up at 5:30 in the morning and head up to Nottingham on a secret assignment.
Little did he know he'd be meeting up with Bamma fighter "Judo" Jimmy Wallhead for a lesson in mixed martial arts.
Even littler did he know that the experience would leave him bruised, battered and, at one point, completely sparko.
