Kelly Rowland To Front Milk Campaign

X Factor judge Kelly Rowland has been unveiled as the latest celebrity to front the 'make mine Milk' campaign.

From today, Rowland can be seen on buses across Britain sporting the famous milk tash.

Carrying the headline 'feel good factor', the advertisements, shot by photographer Perou, promote the health benefits of drinking low fat milk.

Rowland, who shot to stardom in Britain after joining the X-Factor panel in August, said: "I really believe that looking after your body makes you feel good on the inside and happy on the outside.

"When I'm feeling fit, I also feel confident and comfortable in my own skin.

"I like to eat healthily and milk is an important part of that; I have muesli with semi-skimmed milk when I wake up in the morning and now that I am spending this winter in London, I love to pick up a latte on my way home from the studio when it's cold outside."

The former Destiny's Child performer is the latest in a long line of celebrities to don the famous milk tash following celebrities such as Harry Potter star Rupert Grint, F1 driver Jenson Button, supermodel Elle Macpherson, pop princess Pixie Lott and Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay.

X Factor 2011 Christmas single cover art unveiled
Wishing on a Star will feature JLS and One Direction in addition to the finalists

Image

If you’re one of the two or three people who still buy CD singles, expect to see this cover image bearing down on you from the racks of your local record store later this month (assuming it hasn’t closed down by then).

Yes, this is the artwork that’ll be adorning The X Factor Finalists’ take on Wishing on a Star, which will hopefully raise a shedload of dosh for ACT & Children’s Hospices UK. And the cover’s quite apt, featuring a star made out of children’s drawings.

More excitingly, the single doesn't just feature the cream of this year’s X Factor crop, but also two of the show’s most successful alumni, in the forms of boy bands JLS and One Direction.

A Cowell spokesman explained the media mogul’s keenness to maximise sales, saying: “As Simon has a personal involvement in this year's charity he has asked two of the country's biggest acts to make this X Factor charity single the biggest of the year.

"He asked One Direction and JLS to sing on the track to give the song something extra special - and encourage all their fans to buy the single and raise lots of money for the charity."
Can’t say fairer than that, really. The record will be available to buy and download from 20 November.

Frankie Cocozza may be allowed to join The X Factor tour despite drugs scandal
By Rachael Wheeler - Mirror

Frankie could get a second chance (but does he deserve it?)

Frankie Cocozza has apparently been told that he can have a spot on The X Factor tour if he stays out of trouble until it kicks off next year.

Despite Frankie’s sensational exit after he was caught bragging about taking cocaine during the competition, the X Factor bad boy reckons he could land a slot on the tour if he behaves himself.

A source told The Sun: “If he keeps his nose clean there will be a place for him.”

The line-up is expected to be released this afternoon, without Frankie’s name on the bill. But it could still be an option if he cleans up his act.

However, Frankie doesn’t appear to be making much of an effort on that front and is still going clubbing regularly. He was pictured looking a bit of a state outside Aura last night in central London, with a fag in his gob and full ‘entourage’ flanking him wherever he went.

Frankie appeared to have an 'entourage' at Aura last night

Yesterday, Frankie explained exactly what led to him dramatically leaving The X Factor last Tuesday.

He told heat magazine: “I had a line of coke.

“I have only ever taken six lines in my life, but that night all I can remember is taking one line, ui was so drunk when it happened, but I never took any other drugs during The X Factor. Just that one slip-up.

“We all went to Funky Buddha straight after the show on Saturday night, at about 11pm. I got so f**ked on booze. I felt the club at about 4am and went back to the apartment with a load of people and took the line.

“One of The X Factor bosses overheard me saying it to someone on the Sunday night and they confronted me with it on the Monday morning.

“I admitted it. I wasn’t going to lie.

“I was such an idiot. I didn’t ask what would have happened if I’d told them I didn’t want to leave.

“I regret it like you wouldn’t believe.”
