'STANDING ON THE SHOULDERS OF PRIZES'




Yesterday, an endurance task was set in the garden in which the housemates stood on present boxes for the longest amount of time, in order to win the prize inside.
This task last 12 and a half hours!

ADAM WON.

The last four standing went out in this order:

Luke S at 02:44

Luke A at 02:50

Then finally Deana at 02:55

Which left Adam to win.

Adam has won a 50” LED TV which he will receive after he leaves the show

Day 55: A bit of a thankless task


Adam was left squirming after Big Brother revealed to the housemates that he picked their prizes for the Standing on the Shoulders of Prizes task.

He was quick to defend his selections which appeased the majority of the housemates. Adam said, "I chose the spa date for you, Conor, so you could take your girlfriend, I gave you the £1,000, Becky, so you could take neph-noff [nephew] away somewhere and I gave you the bike, Sara, because I had given Deana the gym pass."

He also explained that he didn’t realise they would actually be getting the prizes, he thought it was a 'how well do you know your housemates task'. Really?

One housemate was livid and with good reason perhaps. Adam apparently selected the toilet brush for Ashleigh because she "always goes on about wanting one from Big Brother."

She is giving him the silent treatment and says if Adam wants her to start speaking to him again, they will have to sit down and talk about it. Hmm.

Becky is battling her own demons. Adam’s gesture seemed to have genuinely touched her but she didn’t seem to be able to admit it out loud to Ashleigh, Sara, Conor and Luke S, instead whispering to Scott, "It was really nice of him."

What she does seem able to vocalise is her disgust that Adam ate some of the leftover Chinese that the housemates who dropped out of the task earlier had been rewarded with.

We are not sure Adam has even realised Ashleigh is ignoring him, but she seems ready to blow. How long will she last before she has it out with him?

Day 55: Luke S regrets standing down Ch5

Ashleigh blanking Adam, i see - shes obviously being "mature and dignified", right Mads?

When are you going to get it Bunny? Ashleigh might be blanking Adam but she is wrong too because he gave her the thing [toilet brush] because she keeps saying she wants one - it is just Adam's bad luck that he got the task because if Conor or Luke S had done it she would be rolling around the floor laughing at the prize they gave her...silly bint that she is.

No, according to you, she is being mature and dignified. Unless you have - gasp, surely it can't be true - DOUBLE STANDARDS!!!
