Wahey! That was pretty damn good! The first support band were pretty poor... but we managed to miss most of them because the kerazeee woman who was serving us in McDonalds didnt seem to know what we were saying... but then Elviss came on, and they were really good live, they sound just like on the record (well,t he 2 songs Ive heard) but i was quite near the back for them, and not with my friends
Then they went off, and InMe started setting up, so I managed to find Reilly, and we tried to get as close to the front as we could... we were about 5 rows bac when they came out, but as soon as they started playing (They played me fave song first which was good!) everyone was pushing so much harder than the other two bands, which was cool, except when someone sorta knocked your legs ewhne you were jumping, and you fell down... but peops picked you straight back up, which was decent! Then the mosh pit started getting bigger...and bigger... so I was prety much on the edge of it, and this seriously fat ******* elbowed me in the back of the head
Which made me go oww, and so i went off to the back, cos i felt pretty crap... he was mahusive! But then when i was feeling better, I couldnt get back forward, cos I was stuck behind all the people who had only gone to look after their kids, which is fine, except when they stand there and are like "This is shite, but no way am i letting some 15 year old get infront of me" so I ened up at the back with a load of people who started giving me dirty looks when I started jumping up and down, which kinda spoiled it a bit... but I guess that was my fault for being in scary fat mans way! But InMe were so good live, it was really awesome, and they were getting into it.... unlike nasty man at the back
But it was weird with the pit (Which I tried to avoid, cos im not particularly strong, and I dont get why people just wanna do that instead of listening to the band play) cos everyones throwing eachother round., but the second anyone actually fell, there'd be like six people straight in there to pick them up, and check they were okay!
So yeah, it was really great, but it kinda sucked near the end being stuck behind a group of people who really didnt want to be there!
Enjoy the gig. I took my middle one and two of his mates down to Glasgow for a Glassjaw concert yesterday and found out it had been cancelled at 12.30 yesterday!
