CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER – TASK
‘THE REGIME’

For this week’s shopping task Frankie will become the tyrannical dictator of the house, dishing out strict orders and punishments to his fellow housemates. What he doesn’t know is that the others are secretly plotting a revolution, and will pass the task if they can restore democracy by ending the dictator’s reign of terror by staging a revolution on Day 2 of the task.

How It Works
Frankie has been called to the diary room and was told that he is now The Dictator of the Big Brother house. To pass this week’s shopping task he must enforce the strict rules of his Regime on the other housemates.

He must choose two housemates (he has chosen Razor and Ryan) to become his body guards; these body guards will guard him at all times and keep him company in the Golden Palace (his luxurious residence in the gym).

All other housemates must change into basic civilian clothes and spend their time in the main house and garden, sticking to the rules of The Regime and obeying the various orders given to them by the dictator.

However during the Day 1, one housemate will be called to the diary room and told that they are the Leader of the Revolution. It will be up to them to initiate certain secret missions in order to secure the success of their revolution on Day 2.

During DAY 1 there will be the following hits:

MORNING
1ST HIT

The Dictator announces he is banning all hair and beauty products from all housemates; these will be collected by the guards and locked in a secure box.

MORNING/ AFTERNOON
2nd HIT

One housemate will be called to the diary room and told they are the Leader of the Revolution.

3rd HIT
The Dictator announces he wants all housemates to come to him in turn and pledge their allegiance to him by showering him with compliments, however the Leader of the Revolution is told to make sure he offends Frankie. If he does this successfully he will be sent to Jail where he can retrieve the hidden explosives they will need on DAY 2 to blow up Frankie’s statue during the revolution.

EVENING
4th HIT
The Dictator announces he wants two female housemates to join him for dinner in the Golden Palace.

These two female housemates will be given a phone tapping device to hide the phone in the Golden Palace. They must also steal the keys to the locked trunk of banned personal belongings; they must achieve both these goals during their soiree with Frankie without being caught.

5th HIT
The housemates will be treated to a silent disco courtesy of their leader; however what Frankie does not know is that his telephone is now bugged. During the silent disco the audio of a revealing conversation about the other housemates between Frankie and Big Brother will be fed into these headphones meaning they can all hear everything he says.

At the end of Day 1, on the morning of Day 2, housemates will stage a Revolution. Full task release to follow tomorrow.

ADDITIONAL TASK POINTS THROUGHOUT DAY 1 and 2

Rationing
During this task all of the housemates’ normal food will be removed from the kitchen. In its place the housemates must survive on tinned rations. These rations will be disgusting tinned food, de-branded with the regime logo, so housemates don’t even know what is in each can. These are kept by The Dictator and his guards, so housemates must request them if they are hungry. The Dictator and his guards, on the other hand, will be supplied with luxury meals throughout the day.

The Golden Palace
The Dictator will spend most of his time in his palace (the Gym) where he can help himself to food from his fridge and chill out.

The Jail
Also in the garden is an outdoor jail, where the dictator can send housemates if they do not obey orders.

Sedan Chair Safety Pod
For his own safety, Whenever The Dictator wishes to leave the Golden Palace and take a tour around the House he must do so inside his safety pod carried by the two bodyguards.

Yesterday, after a morning of housemates having to endure his supreme excellence Frankie Dettori confiscating all their beauty products, issuing them with basic regime clothing and dishing out disgusting rations Big Brother had had enough.

Big Brother called Rylan to the diary room to be the Leader of the Revolution to bring Frankie’s regime to an end. But in order to ensure its success, housemates had to complete various secret missions. Here are the results of these secret missions:

Getting sent to Jail
Big Brother gave Rylan a secret key which would unlock a box in the jail, in this box were explosives. To get these explosives Rylan had to get himself sent to jail by offending Frankie during a task which involved them all pledging their allegiance to him, and complimenting him.

Rylan successfully offended Frankie and was sent to jail where he managed to retrieve the explosives and give them to Big Brother to plant on the golden statue for tomorrow’s revolution.

Bugging the Golden Telephone and stealing the keys to the confiscated beauty products
Lacey and Claire were chosen by Frankie to attend a meal with him in the Golden Palace. Their secret mission was to swap the jewel on the Golden Telephone for one containing a phone tapping device and to swap the keys to the box of confiscated housemate products with a dummy set of keys.
Claire and Lacey successfully managed to bug the telephone and swap the keys without being caught.

OTHER EVENTS

Aid Package

Whilst Frankie and his two bodyguards Razor and Ryan enjoyed a game of darts and some wine in the Golden Palace this evening, Big Brother secretly sent housemates an aid package filled with alcohol, an Indian takeaway and some pizzas.

Silent Disco
In the evening Frankie ‘treated’ the housemates to a silent disco featuring a ‘song which would remind them of him’ – Macho Man by The Village People. They had to listen to this on loop and dance to it enthusiastically. Little did Frankie or the guards know was that the telephone was bugged and mid way through the dancing the audio of Frankie having a private phone call with Big Brother about other Housemates was fed into the silent disco headphones.

So the explosives have been set on the Golden Statue of Frankie and the housemates hold the keys to unlocking the box of their confiscated items.

The revolution continues...

Day 14: Revolutionary results - the shopping task has concluded

During the Dictator's live speech to his subjects, a group of revolutionaries, led by singer Rylan Clarke, staged an uprising to end to the oppression. Unbeknown to the Dictator, the revolutionaries run amuck in the main House while he was addressing his subjects from the conference stand, as they tried to seize power from the tyrant.

Luckily, our man on the scene managed to get hold of the revolutionaries objectives and we can exclusively reveal their sabotage plans to you.

OBJECTIVE 1: Tear down all propaganda posters

OBJECTIVE 2: Deface the large flag in the garden

OBJECTIVE 3: Deface all the banners in the garden with red paint

OBJECTIVE 4: Unlock the box and recover banned items

OBJECTIVE 5: Plant explosives in the statue of Frankie

OBJECTIVE 6: Detonate the explosives

OBJECTIVE 7: Lasso the statue to topple it over and destroy it

OBJECTIVE 8: Capture the Dictator and his guards

The freedom of the civilians and the chance of winning a luxury budget have been resting on this act of vandalism, and from the footage coming from the House, we can announce that the housemates were successful in their mission. The Regime has fallen and the Dictator, along with his guards, have been sent straight to jail.

Down with Dictator Frankie, all hail the luxury food budget!

Day 14: Speidi take Frankie's dictatorship to heart

Spencer and Heidi are obviously still angered by what they overheard Frankie telling Big Brother during The Regime task.
