This sounds like a good task - wish I had seen it. I'm afraid that I actually like Callum & actually think that he would be a good match for Charlie. I believe that he genuinely does really like her, unlike Dexter who just wants to use her for his game plan (although now that his Mother has given her approval, it may encourage him to try to make it work). Callum has liked her right from the start, unlike Dexter, who liked Hazel to start with. I can remember initially Callum saying to Charlie that he liked her because she reminded him of how he was (saying all the wrong things & putting her foot in it etc) and he wanted to help her. I really do think that he genuinely likes her a lot & feels he has a connection with her, but lacks self confidence and now feels that he is not good enough for her. I don't think it is a game plan on his part at all. I think he will try to contact her when they leave the house. The only reason that Jackie doesn't like him, is because she thinks he is a liar, because he lied to get in the house, but I think they all do that to a certain extent. I don't think he is a liar really. Underneath everything, he really lacks self confidence. I actually pity Charlie, having such a controlling mother as Jackie. I hope that Jackie goes tonight.
Callum is playing the game, Christine. He may well like Charlie but he defo wanted a showman with her, even said to Sam he will have to get Jackie out of the house so he can have an easier run at her...
That is not a very nice attitude to have toward a someone you profess to "really like" is it?
Callum has gone down the 'I am a poor boy nobody loves me' route for I believe the sympathy vote, it may well turn out to be a better tic-tac then the showmance one for him. Charlie's past and her obvious desire for fame must be a very worrying concern for her mother -remember, mother knows best - and I think Jackie is trying to steer her away from what she perceives to be "the wrong type" the poor wrong type always ends up not getting kicked to the kern, the rich, well connected type - Dexter - in this case ,always get what they want.
Day 36: A secretly truthful evening develops13 hours ago
As the big eviction day draws closer, some of the housemates have a few truths they wish to discuss. Luckily for them, the person they're talking about is no where in sight, but will their secretive antics get them into trouble further down the line?
Here is the real Callum
