DAILY UPDATE: DAY 39


Key highlights from tonight’s show:


• Housemates are in the bedroom speculating about what will happen that day. They believe that Sam and Sophie will have to make a big decision.
• Charlie and Dexter are in the garden talking about their friendship and how they are viewed by the house after the housemates’ reactions the night before.
• Sam and Sophie are called into the diary room to be told their task for the day and that it will be up to them to choose a housemate to join them in the safe house. This housemate will be immune from eviction on Friday or so they think…
• Dan, Callum and Hazel are in the bedroom discussing nominations. Dan doesn’t think they will nominate this week.
• Housemates are in the garden enjoying a game of limbo in the sunshine.
• After Sam and Sophie have set the questions to be answered by Callum, Dan and the twins in the diary room, the twins are the first people to be asked. After being in the diary room, the twins come down to kitchen to discuss what Big Brother has asked them. They don’t think it is normal Big Brother behaviour and are suspicious.
• Dan and Callum are in the garden discussing Sam and Sophie in the safe house and the feeling there will be no nominations.
• Dan voices a suspicion that the questions asked in the diary room will be played to Sophie and Sam in the safe house later that day. The twins hope they will not be played to the whole house.
• Sophie is cutting Callum’s hair using her clippers and they are talking about his how his ‘niceness’ comes across to others.
• Sam and Sophie are given a TV dinner in the small task room and shown the answers to their questions set earlier.
• Dan and Hazel are in bed together having a giggling fit.
• Hazel, Jack, Joe, Callum and Charlie are in the living area talking about Dexter’s behaviour and game plan. When Dexter walks in Charlie says ‘talk of the devil’ and then everyone refuses to divulge what they have been talking about.
• In part 4 of tonight’s show, a live element will happen where Sophie and Sam choose the person who will join them in the safe house and as far as they believe, receive immunity. However what they do not know is that the housemate they choose will actually be up for eviction on Friday. Lines will open to vote tonight.

Key quotes from tonight’s show

1. Sam and Sophie are in the safe house discussing their three housemates that they would like to question.

Sophie “So what three people? The twins are one of mine. Callum is one yours.”

Sam “You ok with that?”

Sophie “A hundred percent one hundred million percent. And the third person?”

Sam “Dan, because he hasn’t been in here and we both like him.”

Sophie “Ok Dan. Now stop talking. Because Dexter is so sly. If people see us talking like this because we haven’t, they will realise.”

2. Sam and Sophie are thinking about their questions for their chosen housemates.

Sophie “Shall we say to Callum if Charlie really liked you would you choose her over Sam?”
Sam “It’s a good question, but for me do I want to know the answer.”

Sophie “Well yes clearly, because this is the whole point of finding out who is real or not. He might be one of those guys who are like no my boys come first; I don’t really know Charlie enough. Or he might say yeah I would choose Charlie.”

Sam “Oh I don’t want to know.”

Sophie “Well you need to know, because we need to know how to choose.”

Sam “Well what if it is the wrong answer. It might f**k up my experience; I might not enjoy it as much. I won’t trust Callum enough.”


3. Dan and Callum are in the garden sunbathing discussing the party in the safe house.

Dan “How are you today anyway Callum?”

Callum “Buzzing mate. Really good, I had my best evening in here. I have had lots of fantastic days but last night was my best night in here. It wasn’t a fireworks night; it was a real carefree evening. There wasn’t anyone in there that I didn’t feel at home with. I left a lot outside. I left a lot out here, the intricacies and conspiracies in the house and stuff that can stay outside. Tonight this is purely a party.”

Dan “I think because we have not been in there it felt like you were somewhere different and it was exciting.”

4. Dexter, Charlie, Hazel, Sam, Jack and Gina are in the garden discussing celebrity status and Jedward’s fame.

Charlie “What do you mean Jedward are rolling in it, they have been branded like that.”

Dexter “Literally anything that comes their way they will take it take it take it take it. Until there is literally nothing else to do.”

Sam “Is that why they’ve made it do you reckon?”

Dexter “Well think if you are young and given the chance to make more money than in a normal job and all you have to do is be a t**t. It’s a no brainer really. Because when it runs out as long as you haven’t sp**ked your money up the wall, then you have done the correct thing. Who cares what people think of you?”

Jack “Money is not everything though…it comes down to a level of self respect at the end of the day. If you don’t respect yourself enough just for the fact of money then what’s the point of doing it? Because without respect what is the point of money? You have got nothing to live for. You have lost the respect and you’ve got empty money. What’s the point?”


5. Gina is talking to Sam while he is in the pool about a conversation he had with Charlie where she used Gina as an example for her point. Charlie joins the conversation and it gets heated.

Charlie “What are you saying, that I was using you as an example?”

Gina “If you don’t find someone attractive and then after a while you do find them attractive.”

Charlie “No I didn’t say, Sam. Ok, Gina was sat here and we were there. I said ok imagine if you met Gina and you don’t fancy Gina but in two weeks time your feelings for her grew and you suddenly start fancying her. That is all I said.”

Gina “But every guy normally fancies me so …I am offended.”

Sam “Didn’t I almost point to Soph and me. But I couldn’t with Soph because of her…”

Gina “In future, if you want to make a point about anything don’t use me because I don’t like it…this house is really really annoying me. This bunch of people, I have never met anything like you in my entire life. Ever ever ever. You always say the wrong thing all the time and it is so annoying! (shouts) annoying!!! I am removing myself from this situation.”

So they picked Dan, I hope he is save and that Sophie or Sam goes.
Dexter so fancies Hazel, and Charlie doing a Brucie "you're my favorite" and I know you are a sneaky ******* but I still love you to Dexter is losing her any credibility she might have had...
Callum is so unappealing, his boring personality has turned him into the house guest from hell.
Gina. The girl sure does not like being the topic of conversation does she?
Maybe it is because she is such a bitch about people who are the topic of her conversation that makes her so paranoid when she hears her name mentioned...
The twins ar very astute and mature for their age.
Hazel seems like a nice enough girl but her beauty still makes people assume she is more powerful then she is.

Did you notice how Sophie made two attacks on Sam
1 her comments about Gina fancying him
2 Tried to destroy Sams friendship with Callum

Also note NO girls where even considered to be saved, as in Sophie has wants to be the last girl.

Also, in the show they where all sat around in the lounge after Ginas spat with Charlie, that did happen then, that must of happened earlier as by that point all where in bed.

I agree with you about Sophie Stinky, she also finds it very hard to look Hazel straight in the face. I am surprised they thought Callum would be safer in the house then Dan, seeing as how Callum was left in the last two on friday nights eviction.

Dear universe, Big Brother calling. We wanted to warn all your inhabitants that voicing an issue with Charlie will result in more concerned conversations than any person can reasonably hear out.

Earlier today Charlie, the last Travers standing, put her foot in her mouth with Gina. As day has turned to night these issues are still playing on her mind.

First she invaded Sophie's Safe House to tell the dental nurse about her pain. Not one to let grass grow under her feet, Sophie took the conversation outside straight to Gina, telling the Savoy dweller that Charlie was still feeling royally blue about what she'd done.

"Oh my god, drop it woman," drawled Gina, tacking on the reassurance, "I don't hate you."

Callum was next in line for a Charlie-shaped earworm. He relished his role and was quick to use Charlie's doubts about her House role to big up his own. If we had a pound for every time he said, "I am trusted", well, we'd weigh more than the Royal baby.

Even Callum soon had enough and retreated to the bedroom.

Come in Dexter.

There followed a bizzare, baffling exchange, which Charlie found helpful because "I haven't chatted to anyone all day."

Um.

"I think you'll only understand when you watch this [Big Brother] back and see people's reactions," said Dexter.

Too right.

I'm really cross that they picked Dan and also that it is a vote to evict, because with a vote to save, Dan may have been safe. However, hearing all the boos for Dan the other night, I think there may be lots of people want him gone. I see that BBSpy, Tellymix & TIBB all want him gone. Dan fans will split their votes between Sam and Sophie, whereas Sam and Sophie's fans will vote Dan out, so I think Dan is a goner unfortunately. He is much more entertaining than the other 2. He is very clever as well. He said - what if it is a lie and we are not really safe? The people who want Dan out are likely to vote multiple times I think.

Well, I think I will need to vote for the first time this year. Anyone who wants Dan to stay must vote Sophie out!!
