Good to see decent people calling the interview what it was, a disgrace and shame on Emma Willis for appearing to side with Daley.

Daily Star

His girlfriend said she was leaving the country anyway, before Daley was chucked out, so she probably already had it booked.

Big Brother news: Hazel O’Sullivan turns on Dan Neal!

It seems that even one of the apparently strongest relationships in the Big Brother 2013 house is slowly breaking up.

Big Brother enjoys small ratings rise for Jackie Travers eviction

The fourth Big Brother eviction of the series saw a slight rise in viewing figures as the series’ oldest contestant Jackie Travers left the house.

According to Friday night’s viewing figures the 59-year-old’s departure was seen by an audience of around 1.56m – 80,000 more than tuned in to the previous week’s show when Wolfy Millington made her exit.

That gave the show an 8.6 per cent audience share, and also put it ahead of Channel 4′s Million Pound Drop – hosted by previous Big Brother presenter Davina McCall – which scored an audience of 1.15m.

Travers, who had been the hot favourite to leave the house, lost out in a five-way eviction which also saw housemates Callum, Dexter, Jack and Joe and Gina in the firing line.

Her daughter Charlie remains in the house, having entered with her mother as a separate housemate on launch night.

Next Friday’s show could produce one of the most tense evictions yet – as Sam Evans and Sophie Lawrence go head to head.

The pair – who are among favourites to win the show – will, unbeknown to them and the other housemates, face the public vote as a result of being voted into the safe house on Friday.

They will choose one other housemate to join them in there on Monday, who will also automatically be nominated.

Although eviction nights have been among the most watched shows of the series so far, viewing figures have still proven disappointing for the show this year.

The first eviction – which saw model Sallie Axl leave the house – attracted 1.8m viewers, while 1.5m tuned in to see Jemima Slade leave in the second week.

The figures for the launch night on June 13 were also down on previous years, with just under 2m watching the first group of housemates enter the compound.

Jack upset at not being in Safe House

Big Brother housemate Jack Glenny has revealed that he is disappointed that fellow contestant Sophie Lawrence did not choose him to join her in the Safe House.

Jack, who describes Sophie as his "best friend", went to the Diary Room to say he was unhappy with the decision.

He said: "I feel like I have been slapped around the face by my best mate. If it was me in there I would have fought tooth and nail to get Sophie in.

Gina Rio remains bookies’ top pick to win Big Brother

Gina is still the bookies favourite to win Big Brother this year, with her best pal Dexter creeping up in the popularity stakes too.

Dan Neal became the latest Big Brother evictee on Friday night when he was sent packing by the public in a shock eviction.

But Gina is still leading the race after weeks at the top, with odds of 4/5 at winning the entire show.

Sam follows just behind her at 5/2, while Dexter – who is not too popular inside the house – is now in third position to win at 9/1.

Meanwhile, Hazel is the public’s least favourite housemate, according to the bookies, with low odds of 66/1 of winning.

Aoife Heffron, PR Executive at Boylesports bookies, said: ‘Sam is Gina’s biggest competition in the betting but Gina is still in a very comfortable position to win.

‘The love triangle between Charlie, Callum and Dexter has become tedious and Charlie’s price of 28/1 and Callum’s of 20/1 reflects how the public are ready to move on from it.’

Latest Big Brother winner odds:

Gina 4/5
Sam 5/2
Dexter 9/1
Sophie 10/1
Jack and Joe 20/1
Callum 20/1
Charlie 28/1
Hazel 66/1
