‘LAUREN’S ANTIQUES’



OVERVIEW
Lauren will put her antique expertise to good use by valuing the other Celebrity housemates’ most treasured possessions.

HOW IT WORKS
Each celebrity housemate must bring their most treasured and valuable possession to Lauren at her antiques stall in the garden. Each celebrity housemate will talk about their item and explain why it’s so valuable to them- maybe there is sentimental value or a story behind it. The owner of the item Lauren deems most valuable will get to enjoy a traditional British afternoon tea with Lauren.

Earlier today the celebrities presented their most treasured possessions to Lauren to be valued.

The celebrities presented the following items:

Danielle: A pair of tweezers that she used to remove a splinter on a boast whilst travelling from America to the UK. Valued at £2.50

Louie: A ‘original’ 90’s toothbrush that he now uses for his eyebrows. Valued at £2

Mario: A bracelet bought by his first love. Valued at £5

Carol: A necklace given to her by her fiancée. Valued at £100

Charlotte: Fried egg socks given to her by her boyfriend. Valued at £1

Ron: Glasses that his wife bought him. Valued at £600

Courtney: Her bunny called Doug which her husband sent her before they met. Valued at £5

Sophie: A diamond necklace which was given to her by her boyfriend. Valued at £600

Vicky: A pair of tweezers which are important to her as she is getting old and needs to pluck her chin hair! Valued at £4

Bruce: His mother's ring. Valued at £400

Abz: A crystal. Valued at £30

Dustin: 1st attempt was his microphone (valued at £900)
2nd attempt: His wedding ring. Valued at £700


Lauren chose Dustin’s ring as the most valuable and the two are sharing an afternoon tea in the tree house.
