Matt Baker and Alex Jones are joined by Clare Balding for a special show live from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, where they cover the launch of Prince Harry's Invictus Games, the major international sports event for wounded soldiers. Highlights include a flypast from the Red Arrows and a performance of the Invictus Anthem penned by Coldplay's Chris Martin - culminating in the athletes' parade where more than 400 competing wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women from 13 nations will be led into the park by detachments from the three services.
