Big Brother producers are set to ban singing from this year's show - for legal reasons and housemates will also not be allowed to take instruments into the house.

See This is Big Brother...please do not sing and Singing ban for Big Brother contestants

Im in two minds about this one... :roll:

If it cuts down on the silent moments all well and good :) , but on the other hand it can be fun to watch {@}

Shows the dangers of showing people doing ordinary things on telly i suppose. Who would have thought of this aspect at the start of the BB campaign?

God that would be hard. I sing to myself all the time when I'm doing the housework and stuff. It's natural to sing.

Oh no thats bad...singing is just a natural thing, and drunken sing-songs always make for interesting viewing :(

Welcome to the forums *Cat* :wave: I like your sig and profile ::lol:: ()^

I, for one, would find it very difficult if I were in the house, cos I'm always singing! I also enjoy watching the housemates singing and playing instruments - it adds to the entertainment value.

Reading this thread has just reminded me how annoying all the gaps in sound and picture are!
You're right - the chicken pen is a particularly annoying shot! And the corridor bit by the diary room door! GRRR!

Anyway, it will be impossible for there to be no singing whatsoever - I do it without realising sometimes!

I remember the chicken's bottoms now, they were particularly obvious during BB3. I don't remember it so often during BB2. I often wondered what they were actually cutting from the show, it could be anything, I have to say those long time shots away from the housemates made me quite suspicious.
