nooooooooo cos it would just be half price. It would have a full stop after cheap if it was. Also an expresso from starbucks would still be expensive if it was half price!

Surely though it should be "cheap at twice the price"

I guess its irony or summut maybe, I dont really know and we went over and over this not that long ago.....and didnt get an answer...shall we just say it's ARSE and be done with it

BTW NIKI : £500 or £1000 is cheap if the item in question is say ummm...a house or something big and expensive
