It's because he's so annoying that people aren't taking notice of him, they're switching off, so whether he's got a valid point or not has now become irrelevant to them, it's become Jon sounding off again

He did say that when they first started - said about cameron parents being music teachers or something and then he said it again later when he asked who were muscians. He is an intelligent guy who know a lot of stuff. Seems to me that if Jon said it was raining Nush would say the sun was out

Yeah he is annoying, but even fed was trying to let Jon have his say, it was the girls that just dismissed him totally.
it was very rude and he had every right to be pissed about it. It was uncalled for, it would have been fine if Nush Tania and Steph had of answered to him without so much contempt in their voices.

The girls dont like Jon, they are intimidated by his intelligence.

The girls this year are the worst I've ever seen on Big Brother. They call Jon boring but he is more entertaining than them.

Just a case of Jealousy because they know they cant get rid of him. They should try and entertain us, then they might have a chance of staying.

To be honest though, I wouldnt care if all the girls went. There is no personality within one of them and the only one who works is Steph. Blame once again goes to the IDIOTS who picked them. What an easy job to have. They should reinvent the minimum wage and add "Big Brother housemates pickers" to the lowest scale imaginable. The most untalented people on planet earth.

No one is jealous or intimated by Jon. If he spoke in a less condescending way from the start they would have all looked to him as a possible leader and respected his intelligence.

It all comes down to one thing, if you respect others then they will respect you.....look down on people and they will do the same.

But I think they looked down on him first!

cheekiechickie, they have looked down on him from day 1. He cant help being that intelligent, as he said "thats the way it is". So yes, you are right. By them not giving him respect, he is only going to return the favour. So really, fair play to him. What you give is what you have to take too.

I still wish that apart from Steph, these girls actually had a brain cell.

I think Steph has proved to be a bit of a thickie a few times.

The man has a Physics degree and a job (in a field known to be very competetive , positions gained and keprt on skill) that earns £70K a year - sorry but that puts him in an intelligence bracket above the others . Any one who feels threatened by him are usually afraid of intelligence or jealous of sucess.

Being more intelligent doesn't mean that person is better than anyone else or that their opinion is anymore valid!

Jon's logical approach just scares them, the likes of Nush and Steph are just painfully pig-headed and completely dim. If they only listened to him they might just get somewhere...but no...Nush especially has far too many opinions on everything and seems to know nothing! I can't believe the rest of them in there can't see through her wanna be hippie routine. I just hope to god she doesn't win BB it will be a total injustice! Oh and while I'm on a rant, how two-faced are Tanya and Steph voting for Sissy? It's all gorls camp one minute and then stab one of theor own in the back the next...they are really playing the game huh?? I guess what bugs me most is that with the exception of Jon and possibly Sissy & Fed the rest of them are so afraid to upset the apple cart and be their true selves, most of the time they are so dull and uninteresting because they know to be contraversial means they could be up for eviction.
I can't wait to see their smug little faces when Jon doesn't leave this Friday!! Rant over...sorry.
