Scott was a poor loser. See Sulking On The Sofa

He'll have to be careful - it was because of that, that Sissy was evicted. It was only right that Ray should go before him - in fact he should have gone first imo, because he hadn't won a task before. I also think that Fed, who usually messes things up, should not have gone first.

Channel 4 website writers seems to have a different view to the rest of us. Scott wasn't in a sulk at all! This is where BB are using the odd moment and amplifying it to show that HM as being a baddie. Scott was reasonably good humoured the rest of the night.
He was more annoyed at himself for not being able to thing of a way of relating his charade to Jon. C4 have picked up on a few moments from just after the event and it looks like they are trying to get poor Scott out next.
For a change last night, I watched the 'B' feed, of the three lads left behind. They had a great time together and Scott was certainly not sulking!

The more I think about this the more I'm becoming suspicious of Fed. Why did he go first? Was it because he knew that BB was going to leave out part of the instructions, so that he could play the buffoon and 'get it wrong' yet again?
He got called back because he had not sat in the diary room chair to open the envelope and show it to Big Brother, THEN put the card in the bin. He had run in to Jon and SHOWN him the card - with SHREK written on it. Only then did BB call him back, and he STILL failed to put the card in the bin - but they let him get away with it.
He lost valuable time for the rest of the HM's by being the usual 'daft lad' and messing up... Could it have been done on purpose, at the bidding of BB ?
Is Cameron in on the plot? He seems to be biting his tounge a lot and not saying something...

he didn't like the way they were all jumping up and down as they went in, rubbing the loser's noses in it...he said they should have been more considerate and kept quiet or words to that effect.

Basically IMO he WAS unhappy about it but then realised he was being a 'sissy' so backtracked. I've noticed him doing more things like this lately.

I think saying he's a 'poor loser' indicates that he lost fairly (like Sissy) and was unhappy about it. Fact is, he lost because he didn't have enough time because Big Brother didn't explain the rules properly, and Jon would have probably got his easy given another 10 seconds or so. In this respect, he was quite a good loser.
Nohing wrong with what he said about the winners shrieking, annoyed the hell outta me anyway.
