My point is twofold -
a) He'll be a centre of attention in SA - not a suspected outsider. After a month there the HMs will be excited to see someone new, surely. I reckon it'd be a very easy and fun situation to find oneself in.
We'll have to wait and see about that. They've been in there 3 weeks and as I understand from reports, have had plenty of rows. Being around people you don't know rowing, not a very comfortable situation. And at least in BB UK, there's always the option of walking out the door and seeing your friends and family pretty much right away.

b) on it being a bad stunt, I think that unless they do the "blind and gagged" thing, then it really will be a holiday away from the house, a delightful little side-trip. BB is about being watched 24/7 and I'm sure this will still be happening, but there is a big difference between (1) being under surveillance from unseen cameras and people, not knowing what is and isn't seen, the potential uncertainty and paranoia that can bring, and (2) being taken to airports and seeing "regular people" while being effectively held captive. The first is BB, the second is being imprisoned too but is still "out in the world".
Well I don't think we know what exactly is going on do we? I imagine that Cameron will have a chaperon in a car to an airport where he'll get on a private plane and be flown over there, not exactly waiting for 2 hours in the middle of Heathrow amidst hundreds of people.
I don't think even if Cameron treats it as a holiday that makes it bad...I mean, we'll have someone new in our BB house, that can only be a good thing surely when you look at the people already in there! Chances are I'm not even gonna see most of what Cameron gets up to, so what he does is pretty irrelevant, it's the African person who is of interest.
So my main point would be that anything which brings a new person in, albeit briefly, can only be a good thing.
