Don't know about you but I think this African thing has been sooo overrated.

Doesn't it go against Big Brothers principles altogether?
Cameron has had contact with the outside world & a 2 week holiday off nominations. Not bad for someone who just 'happened' to go into the diary room 1 day.
And we're still 1 HM short so what actually WAS the point of the double eviction??

It's not until you think about it that you realise how unplanned this stunt was.
They would never have got away with doing this in the 1st 2nd or even the 3rd series.

Maybe Big Brother has had it's day afterall...

No-it doesn't go against the principles at all. The whole point of BB is to control the housemates actions and moves. With the SA swap, this has been one way of trying to control the housemates, who have been so far very self-controlled having seen previous series. I think it has been a really good idea. Not sure the choosing of Cameron was entirely fair but overall, it has been a good move. It made the housemades jumpy as to the whereabouts of Cameron. The arrival of Gae has upset the group dynamics-he is clearly emerging as a strong character-something the house has been lacking. I wouldn't call Jon a strong character-individual and unique, yes, but strong no.

I hope they continue with surprises such as this. It isn't just about watching 12 housemates interract-it's about watching them in a controlled environment, living under certain rules and seeing how they adapt to stresses placed upon them as a group and as individuals.

I think he is pretty tedious actually.

Though compared to Gos and Scott I suppose he is incredibly interesting!

Agree with you....... he's better than Camebore but that's not saying much. In any case our remaining HMs are so dull that they will extinguish any sign of life in Gae !

Answer...... with over half the show's run still to come it is not too late to vote in a new HM. And, of course, bring back the one and only Jon Tickle !
