nicotine is a tough addiction to crack, and the BB house probably isn't the best place to get over withdrawal symptoms.
we all know smokings bad for you, but if your addicted you ignore the facts to satisfy your cravings.

...yeah, the constant smoking of the majority of HM's, has been
another depressing feature of this years BB.
.....Watching the like of Sissy and Tania lighting up 24/7, isn't attractive.
Tanias inability to grasp Camerons unease, at her lighting up at the table, in the reward room on sat p.m, just showed her selfishness and lack of manners and respect.

Thats the way I gave up...

I saw a Tv program which said you can lose your limbs through smoking, and I though I dont mind dying but to "walk" around with no limbs is not on...
It was a simple thing like that tv prog, that done it for me...30 years ago

...yeah, and it'll be their lives when they're diagnosed with some smoking-related incurable disease.

I think the tax paid on cigarettes more than makes up for the costs of lung cancer treatment.

I don't care if people smoke or not, that's up to them. What does bother me though, is when people just light up in front of you, with a blatant disregard for passive smoking. Why should I get lung cancer just because someone has a serious addiction, doesn't have the will-power to give up, but worse, can't be bothered to walk the few steps outside. The smell of smoke in a house is disgusting. If I was in the BB house I wouldn't tolerate it, and kindly ask if they only smoked outside even if there was a majority of smokers. What gives them the right to pollute my living space with their cancer-inducing habit? People will say, "what about when you go out to a pub?" Being out is different, when you walk into a pub you expect people to be smoking, and you have a choice in whether you go in or not. I'm against smoking when you don't have a choice, and especially when you live there.

It all comes down to manners, if you smoke and you want to light up in front of non smokers, you simply ask "do you mind?".

Because of the amount of smokers this year it was decided that they could smoke in the house, non of the non smokers have made any complaint, appart from Cameron when Tania was chain smoking around the dinner table in the reward room, and rightly so.

Beleive me HD the tax paid does not cover the cost of treatment...Even saying that I would not begrudge anyone treatment for anything..Life is So precious...

Well I don't know anything about facts and figures etc, but considering here we pay more than 100% in tax on cigarettes, if the whole nation suddenly stopped smoking, I wonder if the government could afford a NHS? Like I said I don't know the facts and figures, but I bet the country would be up s*** creek if all of a sudden nobody bought fags anymore.
