After hearing that Cat Deeley's departure from SM:TV may mean a vacant presenting job on the show, Narinder immeadiately applied for the job, according to this week's "Now" magazine. Narinder has made no secret of her desire to become a TV presenter, and obviously thought she would be the perfect co-presenter for SM:TV, along with close friend and fellow Big Brother contestant Brian Dowling.
However, ITV bosses obviously thought otherwise, and turned down her application!
